How do I book a party?
Booking is easy! Visit our Book a Party page, select your desired package, date, and any add-ons. A non-refundable deposit secures your date, with the remaining balance due 7 days before your event.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards. Payments can be made securely through our website.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made at least 14 days before the event will receive a full refund minus the deposit. Cancellations within 14 days are non-refundable but can be rescheduled once within 3 months of the original date.
Is a deposit required?
Yes, a non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date. This ensures our team can prepare and allocate resources for your event.
What areas do you serve?
We currently serve Phoenix, Arizona area and surrounding regions. For events outside this area, please contact us for availability and potential travel fees.
I’m pregnant - can I still enjoy spa treatments?
Many of our treatments can be safely adjusted for pregnancy. We customize the treatments to properly support moms-to-be. Please inform us during booking so we can determine any contraindications and provide specialized support throughout your comforting spa experience. Please also let us know of any other health conditions.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 3 weeks in advance to ensure availability, especially for weekend events.
What is the minimum and maximum number of guests?
Our packages are designed for groups of 6 or more. For larger parties, please contact us to discuss accommodations and additional staffing.
How long does a typical party last?
Parties typically last between 2.5 to 4 hours, depending on the package and number of guests.
What do I need to provide?
We bring all necessary equipment and supplies. You'll need to provide a suitable space for the setup and access to electricity and water.
What should I wear?
Come ready to relax and enjoy yourself. We provide robes and slippers to relax in. Once you are done with your experience, you may just want to wear comfortable clothes to go home in.
